President Gordon B. Hinckley made the statement that we need to cut down on the duplication of temple work. The LDS Church has been working hard to get new.familysearch.org up and running, but I hate to admit that I feel it falls short in a few areas. The main one being that we need to find a way to quickly know that the ancestry that has been collected for ourselves is correct. The only way to do to that it is to be able to quickly glance at the original sources. Being able to view, in a matter of minutes, all of the documentation will free you, and others up to work on other ancestors or lateral lines. This blog is meant to make it easier for you to find your documentation as well as others. If you have "proof" that is not yet included (preferably a primary source) please send it on to be included on this blog. Happy HUNTing! allysonhuntwood@gmail.com
